Returns Policy.

All unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of your order being shipped. If you want to return or exchange an item, please email hello@studioglaze.com with the following information: order number, name on the order, email address used for order & your request. Upon receipt of your request, we will send you the returns address.

Please handle all items with care. As a condition for a refund, the returned item(s) will undergo a quality control check. The item(s) should be returned new, unused, unwashed, and in a re-sellable condition. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed and altered will not be accepted or refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense.

What are the return charges?

Shipping fees associated with making returns are thus the responsibility of you. Studio Glaze will refund you the price you paid for the products, excluding delivery costs.

How do I return my order?

Please send your order back with all labels and tags attached, in the original packaging. Returns without labels and tags will not be accepted. You will be responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. We always recommend that you send it as a package with Royal Mail/DHL or another trustworthy shipping provider, which can supply you with a tracking number. Please contact hello@studioglaze.com for an address to return your item(s).

 

How long does a return take to be processed?

We will confirm with you once we receive your return and your refund has been completed. Please allow up to 7 working days to see funds appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

 

What if my item is faulty?

It is extremely unlikely that your order will be faulty as we check everything thoroughly before shipping. However in the highly unlikely event of receiving a faulty order, please notify us by email to hello@studioglaze.com with details and photographs of the product fault to return within 14 days of receipt.
